This beautiful 1950’s 14k yellow gold diamond ring is wonderfully unique. It was created using a 14K yellow gold setting with 5 fully facetted diamonds totaling approximately 25 points. Each diamond is individually set with prongs. The band has an oval shape that fits very comfortably between the fingers.

Diamonds have been coveted and used to embellish jewelry and accessories throughout the ages; the Greeks wore them into battle believing them to symbolize "inconquerability". Diamonds are the birthstone of April and are given to commemorate 10^th, 30^th, and 60^th anniversaries. They symbolize innocence.

There is a maker’s/designer’s mark "JTC 969" etched inside the band.
